The Enterprise Innovation Institute of the Georgia Institute of Technology has inaugurated its premier all-inclusive innovation hub in South America: the Medellín Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. This significant event took place on March 24, 2023, marking the culmination of several years of collaborative endeavors by the Enterprise Innovation Institute across Latin America, with notable contributions in Colombia. These initiatives have successfully united private sector businesses, academic institutions, and economic development agencies to stimulate economic growth. This newly established center in Medellín is the fourth of its kind under the aegis of Georgia Tech, joining the ranks of its existing innovation centers located in Panama and Singapore.
