Through guided sessions, practical tools, and peer exchange, 100 Steps supports founders in building the discipline and clarity needed to scale more intentionally and sustainably.
How it works?
100 Steps is a 1.5-day interactive workshop designed to guide early-stage founders through their next critical steps. The program is divided into two groups:
Group 1: For startups with no sales or those just starting to sell.
Group 2: For startups that have more traction in the market. This group focuses on scaling strategies, enhancing sales performance, and optimizing business operations.
