The 2nd visit to the Georgia Tech/Atlanta ecosystem.

Registration for the visit and 1 -1 meetings is still open until next week. It is also possible to schedule 1-1 appointments for the following week. The Advisory Board came up with the idea of inviting startups sponsored by a corporate (cost of round-trip flight to Atlanta) and the Medellin Center (Hotel expenses).

Create – X Medellín
August 8th – 11th
The visit of Create X experts to Medellin is scheduled for August 8 – 11 to deploy the Train the Trainer program among more than 50 individuals from the local ecosystem and do a pilot with 20 students. Click here to learn more about Create-X.
The Soft Landing program.
An info session was held on July 5 th that explained in more detail how this program helps companies assess the opportunity to expand operations in the U.S. market. The program is currently accepting applications for the Summer 2023 cohort. As of today, 13 GTMC startups have applied to participate in the upcoming cohort. The GTMC will sponsor half of the program fee for up to four companies that have limited resources. The companies will be responsible for the other half of the program fee as well as the travel expenses for the immersion week.
